The idea is that any organized community or society inevitably develops rules and norms to govern the behavior of its members, ensuring order and facilitating coexistence.
Conclusively, the existence of a society necessitates the presence of laws to maintain order, protect rights, and facilitate cooperation and conflict resolution. The phrase “ubi societas, ibi jus” encapsulates this fundamental aspect of human social organization.
